Graduation season is one of our absolute favorite times to roll up with the truck. There’s just something magical about feeding a bunch of freshly graduated, wide-eyed students (and their families) celebrating one of life’s big milestones.

Last weekend, we had the honor of catering for a local grad party, and let’s just say—it was a melty masterpiece. The Philly Mac sandwiches were flying out of the window, and we even served up a few doggy grilled cheeses for four-legged guests in caps and gowns (yes, that happened 🐶🎓).

What made it special wasn’t just the food—it was seeing generations of a family gathered together, laughing, hugging, and sharing our food with stories and smiles. We’re not just a food truck—we’re part of your memories. Congrats to the class of 2025. Now go out there and stay cheesy.
